Beth Duffield joined the Chamber in 2013. She holds a bachelor's degree from Ambassador University, master's in organizational management from Trevecca Nazarene University and certificate in workforce development competencies from the University of Virginia School of Continuing Education and Professional Studies. She spent three years at Tennessee Board of Regents schools as development director and director of alumni relations and community events, and prior to that, workforce development coordinator at Virginia Highlands Community College. She previously worked in regional marketing and public relations for McDonald’s Corporation and Berol Corporation.
A 2014 Leadership Rutherford graduate and member of RutherfordCABLE and Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management, she serves on the Middle Tennessee Workforce Investment Board, Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Education and Workforce Development Committee, Tennessee Rehabilitation Center Advisory Committee, United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties Community Investment Panel and Central Magnet School PTO Board.
