Discovery Center at Murfree Spring
Discovery Center at Murfree Spring is an 18,000- square- foot museum with 20 acres of outdoor wetlands accessible via boardwalks, with interpretative signs.
Daily programs and exhibits include:
Tennessee Live: Discover the aquatic world in our living stream table, hold ancient sea creatures and enjoy a visit with our live animals.
Newton's Loft: Lift your friends with a giant pulley, invent your own simple machine and make a full-body impression on the pinscreen.
Creation Station: Paint, sculpt, draw and participate in art projects all day.
Kitchen: Smell the enticing aromas, learn easy, healthy recipes for snacks and take a cooking class.
Window to the World: Listen to music from India, play Mexican instruments and try on clothes from around the world.
