Chad Berringer joined the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce in 2022. Previously, he served as the economic development manager for the Maury County Chamber & Economic Alliance where he worked to recruit new business and support the needs of existing industries throughout the region. Berringer has a background in sales and management, having spent time working for the University of Tennessee and managing the southwestern territory of a Central Florida-based construction company.
 
Chad is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics. In his free time, Chad enjoys the outdoors, camping and hiking. He can often be found fishing on the different stretches of the Stones River running through Rutherford County.
