Government Affairs
The Rutherford County Chamber strives to offer governmental affairs programming to educate and inform members on local, state and national issues, and offer a direct connection to elected officials.
Events are held throughout the year to keep Chamber members updated on pertinent business issues and engaged with our governmental leaders, including the Capitol Connection Event Series.
Contact Stephanie Brackman for information on sponsoring a Capitol Connections Event.

We've partnered with the Nashville Area Chamber to offer a regional advocacy program called the Middle Tennessee Business Voice. This online tool includes a legislative agenda of the top business issues and gives members a chance to quickly and easily contact representatives on topics most important to the business community. This unique affiliation brings together more than 5,000 businesses to collectively advocate for business-friendly legislation.
