(615) 278-2392 | [email protected] Kaitlin Salyer joins our team with a focus on assisting current industry partners in identifying and implementing new strategies for building their talent pipeline and workforce. She will work directly with businesses and industry to help support their growing talent needs by connecting them to local and state resources and programs. Kaitlin was most recently the director of workforce development and education for the Highlands Economic Partnership (HEP), the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce's economic and workforce development division. Kaitlin holds seats on the Upper Cumberland Labor and Workforce Development Board; Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Livingston’s Community Advisory Council; Tennessee Department of Education’s College, Career, and Technical Education Leadership Council; and serves as an Ambassador to the IMPACT Cookeville Board of Directors and is a tnAchieves Mentor. Kaitlin graduated from Tennessee Tech in December 2012, earning her bachelor's degree in sociology with a concentration in social work. Beyond work, Kaitlin loves being outdoors camping, hiking and kayaking. Her favorite indoor activities include reading and spending time with her family. |
